work benches,equipment stands and other structures, because of their portability, low space occupancy, as well as their cost-effectiveness and durability.
The production process is divided into the following steps :
First,purchasing the raw materials, after receiving the customer's order, we will look for the same thickness of the galvanized iron steel coil according to the customer's requirements, and then , let the processing factory to cut the galvanized iron to the width we need. At this point, we will get the raw materials that meet the requirements of our products.
Second,checking the raw materials,after the raw materials arrive at our factory, we must check the cleanliness, flatness, thickness and width of the material again, and then start to produce the first sample after confirming that it is correct.
Third, starting to produce the galvanized unequal slotted angle,place the raw materials on the discharging rack, automatic feeding by the feeding machine through the punching die set, setting up the servo motor driver program,everything is ready ,start the punching machine for punching, and then the punching part is formed at 90 degrees by the rolling equipment, finally,according to the customer's required length,cut the slotted angle by molding machine. After the first piece comes out, we will test the thickness, angle, width of each side, and the size of the hole, as well as the flatness of the surface, and whether there will be burrs in the punched parts that need to be checked in particular. After all the inspections are finished, we start of mass production.
The last step is packing,we usually bind 10 pieces per bundle, and wrap them with plastic woven belt or wrapping film by the packing machine.
