First, during the selection phase, specifications should be rationally configured based on actual load requirements. The single-layer load, total load, and goods distribution must be comprehensively considered to avoid column bending and fatigue failure at riveting points due to overloading or uneven loading. Simultaneously, the column spacing and layer height should be determined in conjunction with the warehouse space height and aisle width to prevent improper layout from affecting storage and retrieval efficiency or causing structural interference.

The installation process must strictly follow construction specifications. The verticality of the columns should be calibrated using professional instruments to ensure the stability of the overall frame. Riveting operations between beams and columns should be performed by experienced personnel. Rivet specifications and hole diameters must match, and pressure must be applied evenly to ensure a reliable mechanical interlock. The installation site should be cleared of debris and necessary protective measures should be set up to avoid deformation of semi-finished products due to external impacts.

In daily use, avoid concentrating heavy items or subjecting them to prolonged unilateral stress. Regular visual inspections are recommended, paying attention to loosening, cracks, or rust at riveted joints, and whether shelves are warped. If any abnormalities are found, stop using the racking immediately and assess the repair plan; never continue to load it. For racking in humid or corrosive environments, strengthen surface protection inspections and perform anti-corrosion maintenance as necessary to delay material deterioration.

When handling and adjusting the position, use appropriate tools and avoid violent dragging or collisions to prevent structural damage. If disassembly and reassembly are required, record the original hole positions and component correspondences to ensure that the stress state after reinstallation meets design requirements. In summary, only by implementing these precautions throughout the entire lifecycle from selection and installation to operation and maintenance can the performance advantages of riveted racking be fully realized, ensuring the safety and efficiency of warehouse operations.
